New to Yoga?

As a new student to yoga, you'll want an All levels or Level 1 class. It's a good idea to try out a few different styles. When you find a style that's right for you it's best to stick with it. We recommend at least 3-6 months of a regular weekly practice. In that time, you can get a glimpse of what yoga can bring to your life. We also offer special packages like New to Us and Beginner.

Ongoing Classes

We offer daily classes for all levels in a variety of styles. Students are encouraged to work at their own rate, concentrating on their form, alignment and breath.

Postures are explained and demonstrated thoroughly to allow students to grasp the physical, mental and emotional benefits derived from each one.

How do I find a class?

Here at Yoga Source, We offer a variety of different styles of hatha yoga. From vigorous to restorative, discover and cultivate a practice to meet your needs. We encourage you to explore our different styles. And to practice safely, keep in mind our classes come in different levels. Choose a style and level appropriate just for you. Class Levels

all levels
Students of all abilities ~ beginner to adavanced ~ are welcome. Classes include: Family & Kids Yoga, Gentle, Integral Xpress, Intro to Yoga, Prenatal, Postnatal and Restoratives.

level 1 ~ beginner
Start here to build strength, stamina and flexibility by learning the basics of hatha yoga ~ postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).

level 1-2 ~ continuing beginner
Refine the basics and continue to build stamina and flexibility. Intermediate asana introduced or for those seeking a special class focus: Core Flow, Hip Openers, Pranayama & Yin.

level 2 ~ intermediate
You have a strong foundation and a developed degree of strength, stamina and flexibility that allows for refinement. Includes forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions.

level 2-3 ~ continuing intermediate
At this level, you are familiar with intermediate asanas, can confidently hold Sirsasana (headstand) and push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow).

level 3 ~ advanced
For the experienced student. Expand your asana, transfrom yourself.

Series Classes
